Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods.
