Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Chef Food Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Operations: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
