Job Description

Lone Stars Bartenders bring the sizzle We are seeking a fun, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual to join our front of house team, creating memorable guest experiences in an upbeat and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests seated at the bar or in the adjacent section.
• Create our signature margaritas, specialty cocktails, and pour our selection of wine and beers.
• Prepare and clean the bar pre and post shift, including making our signature margarita mix, changing kegs, and preparing garnishes for service.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely drink preparation for guests in the dining room.
• Assist in managing the audio visual system, including music, lighting, and TV programming.

Requirements

• Smart Serve Certified.
• Ability to remain physically active and busy throughout the shift.
• Lift items up to 30lbs.
• Previous bartending experience is an asset.
