Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a Retail Store Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  2. Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  3. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
  4. Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store.
  5. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and processing transactions.
