Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Transformation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in optimizing software delivery and driving business growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements. You will work closely with technology and business leaders to develop and execute a roadmap for achieving operational efficiency and accelerating software delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline software delivery processes
  • Developing and executing a roadmap for achieving operational efficiency and accelerating software delivery
  • Partnering with Dev and QE leads to enable yearly roadmap for technology transformation
  • Driving continuous improvement efforts and monitoring ongoing results
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • University degree in computer engineering or related fields OR equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in Software engineering as Scrum Master or Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential
