Job Title: Operating Model Transformation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Operating Model Transformation Consultants to work closely with clients across industries. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in business transformation to analyze current operations, develop business cases, and implement effective solutions to deliver on strategic agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current-state operating models
  • Design and implement tailored operating model transformation strategies
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather input
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and implementation deliverables
  • Provide expert advice on best practices in operating model transformation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to leadership teams
  • Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading operating model transformation engagements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with enterprise technologies and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
