Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize depot operations
- Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on depot performance and operations
- Arrange training and development opportunities for depot staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting expectations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Our depot is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. As a Beverage Depot Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment with 3-4 people, and will be responsible for coordinating activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the depot.
