About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Canada Workday ULC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient machine learning models and algorithms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into our products and experiences
  • Lead the end-to-end machine learning workflow from data preparation to model deployment
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code and ensure adherence to software development standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or equivalent role
  • 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining machine learning systems with clean architecture
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams and leading substantial machine learning features
  • Validated understanding of statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and LLM technologies
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in building and evaluating machine learning models
