The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to resolve inventory-related challenges and will possess exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities, thriving both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a quarterly inventory cycle count for all products available.
  2. Coordinate and monitor the transfer of materials between different Brandt locations as necessary.
  3. Provide support to production teams regarding any inventory discrepancies.
  4. Conduct the annual inventory assessment of all products.
  5. Process inventory adjustments based on formal requests.
  6. Identify and rectify any discrepancies in stock within the warehouse.
  7. Manage month-end inventory reconciliations and ensure proper filing of documentation.
  8. Assist in organizing the annual inventory count team.
  9. Collaborate with engineering teams to allocate materials to specific projects as needed.
  10. Perform additional tasks as directed by the Integrated Materials Manager.
