About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team at RhynoCare. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our healthcare staffing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for healthcare staffing roles using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Manage candidate pipelines, including scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely, accurate, and relevant feedback to candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partnered facilities and departments to ensure efficient onboarding and candidate success.
- Provide administrative support to leaders across the organization on projects related to talent acquisition, talent management, and performance management.
- Conduct audits of people policies and processes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, HR, or recruitment, with a focus on talent management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and judgment.
