Job Title: Landscaper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper to join our team at St. George's Golf and Country Club. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and integrity of our golf course and surrounding landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage landscaping projects, including conceptual design, proposal preparation, and cost estimation.
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings to showcase your designs.
  • Survey and assess designated sites to identify areas for improvement.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, applying fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides as needed.
  • Apply various treatments, such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas.
  • Assess the health of lawns and diagnose problems with trees and shrubs.
  • Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental purposes, and other uses.
  • Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, as well as move trees.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in landscaping, with a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp, with experience in landscape design and construction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
