About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Labourer to join our team at Canada Roofing & Renos. As a Roofing Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Cutting: Cut materials using power tools or by hand, as required.
  • Assisting Skilled Tradespersons: Assist skilled tradespersons, such as roofers, carpenters, and electricians, with their tasks.
Work Environment

As a Roofing Labourer, you will work outdoors, often at heights, and in noisy environments. You will be required to work in urban and rural areas, and at various locations.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina, as you will be handling heavy loads and working in physically demanding environments.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination to ensure accurate work.
Working Conditions

You will work under pressure, often in fast-paced environments, and will be required to handle heavy loads. You must be able to work safely and efficiently, with minimal supervision.
