Job Overview:
beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Legal Business Analyst to support the organization's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will provide legal and business analysis to drive informed decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Legal Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on legal and business issues, developing and implementing legal strategies, and providing expert advice to management. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on legal and business issues to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice to management on legal and business matters
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a legal or business analysis role
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of legal and business principles
