Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Artisan Roofing & Home Improvements INC. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure proper installation.
  • Assistance with Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings and structures as required.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
  • Site Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Communication: Assist in communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
