Job Summary

Cima Mechanical Limited is seeking a skilled Plumber Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure electrical and plumbing installations meet government regulations.
  • Install domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
Requirements
  • Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in plumbing.
Work Environment
  • On the road job.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
