Painter and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stanmore Equipment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces to be painted by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Painting and Coating: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using airless spray equipment, brush painting, and conventional spray painting.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Operate airless spray equipment, sandblasters, and other specialized equipment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colors. Physically demanding with bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and maintenance.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
