Position Overview

The Financial Operations Manager at Maple Quality Professional Services Inc. will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage budgets, investments, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the budget, ensuring that expenditures align with the financial goals of the company.

  • Reporting: Ensure the preparation of comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients regarding financial inquiries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and manage various accounts using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations of financial staff.
  • Project Coordination: Assign and oversee projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and evaluate daily financial operations.
Work Environment

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
