Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager with a robust background in market entry strategies and product promotion to enhance our dynamic team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in the rollout of new products, initiatives, and features, conducting market analysis, and working closely with cross-functional teams to boost product uptake and partner collaboration.
Key Objectives for the Upcoming Year:
- Develop optimal messaging and positioning to shorten the sales cycle by 15%
- Create integrated marketing strategies and tactics to improve our product conversion rate by 10%
- Evaluate and cultivate market opportunities and segmentation to formulate strategies for targeting new and existing clients
- Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and planting initiatives.
- Conduct market research to gauge customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to guide product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to comprehend product functionalities and translate them into engaging marketing content.
- Work with Planting Partners and Operations to identify project opportunities, updates, and results, and convert them into effective marketing materials.
- Create content and train the sales team on messaging related to new solutions, launches, and initiatives.
- Generate and refine marketing content, including case studies, webinars, and blog articles, to enhance lead generation and customer interaction.
- Partner with the broader Marketing Team to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility and adoption.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, leveraging data for ongoing enhancement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Team to create sales enablement resources, such as presentations, product demonstrations, and FAQs.
- Research, develop, and refine pricing strategies for veritree's diverse platform offerings aimed at planting partners, resellers, and corporate clients.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a product marketing capacity, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience in data-driven marketing
- Proven track record in managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels

The typical salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 CAD annually, with the final offer determined by qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
