We’re partnering with a mission‑driven clean tech infrastructure company hiring a Global Operations Director. This is a rare opportunity to design and lead the operating model of a business scaling rapidly across international markets.
This isn’t about maintaining legacy manufacturing processes — it’s about leveraging tech and data intelligence to build a next‑generation operations engine that drives efficiency, agility and profitability worldwide.
What you’ll lead
- End‑to‑end global operations: supply chain, procurement, contract manufacturing, service delivery, and customer success
- Digital scalability: architecting systems, processes, and teams powered by automation and analytics to support international growth and shareholder goals
- High‑performing teams: building, mentoring, and inspiring diverse global teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Operational excellence metrics: defining and delivering KPIs that measure performance, efficiency, and customer impact
- Cross‑functional collaboration: partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology
- Global P&L ownership: optimizing budgets, driving efficiency, and improving margins across diverse markets
What you’ll bring
- Proven success scaling global operations in high‑growth SaaS or tech‑enabled businesses ideally within renewables or clean energy sector
- Experience in supply chain optimization with a digital transformation lens
- Strong financial acumen with global P&L
- Executive presence with cross‑cultural leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated excellence in leading high‑performing teams and driving innovation through technology adoption
