This is a rare opportunity to design and lead the operating model of a business scaling rapidly across international markets. This isn’t about maintaining legacy manufacturing processes — it’s about leveraging tech and data intelligence to build a next‑generation operations engine that drives efficiency, agility and profitability worldwide. What you’ll lead End‑to‑end global operations: supply chain, procurement, contract manufacturing, service delivery, and customer success Digital scalability: architecting systems, processes, and teams powered by automation and analytics to support international growth and shareholder goals High‑performing teams: building, mentoring, and inspiring diverse global teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration Operational excellence metrics: defining and delivering KPIs that measure performance, efficiency, and customer impact Cross‑functional collaboration: partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology Global P&L ownership: optimizing budgets, driving efficiency, and improving margins across diverse markets What you’ll bring Proven success scaling global operations in high‑growth SaaS or tech‑enabled businesses ideally within renewables or clean energy sector Experience in supply chain optimization with a digital transformation lens Strong financial acumen with global P&L Executive presence with cross‑cultural leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Demonstrated excellence in leading high‑performing teams and driving innovation through technology adoption Innvovation and change management skills
