We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team and support world-class clients with operational excellence
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Coordinate, rate, dispatch, and monitor shipments across North America using TMS and proprietary systems
- Communicate proactively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and deliver service excellence
- Maintain customer/vendor databases and key documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents)
- Analyze operational trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 1+ years of logistics industry experience; 3PL/4PL experience is a plus
- At least 1+ year as a logistics specialist is a hugely beneficial
- Experience with international shipments, controlled goods, or ITAR is a strong plus
- Strong business acumen and service-first mindset
- CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification is an asset
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends/stat holidays as needed
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:
- Candidates with only warehouse, forklift, or retail experience will not be considered. This role requires understanding complex logistics operations and delivering high-level service
LOCATION:
- Hybrid role based in Cambridge, ON
- Must be within reasonable commuting distance
