Position Available

Co‑op for 8‑month work term - someone who is in their last work term at College.

Position Location

London, ON or Kitchener, ON (In office only - no remote/hybrid options available).

Responsibilities

- Setting up drawings for the mechanical and electrical disciplines from architectural drawings

- Drafting mechanical and electrical systems and details in CAD

- Load calculations to size mechanical equipment or electrical services

- Sizing ductwork, plumbing piping, exhaust fans, etc.

- Designing lighting, power, and systems layouts, etc.

- Coordinating with other disciplines

- Digitizing documentation at the completion of the project

Required Experience

- Currently registered in a related program with a College post‑secondary institution

Nice To Have

- Construction related job experience

- AutoCAD experience

- Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code

- Courses in heat transfer, fluids or power systems

Starts in January 2026.
