As a key support to clients and the outside sales team, you’ll manage the sales cycle from quote to delivery, offering tailored solutions to meet technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client inquiries (phone, email, counter) with professionalism
- Recommend solutions in hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on deliveries
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication
- Work closely with outside sales to identify new opportunities
- Monitor inventory and suggest alternatives when needed
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and attend training as required

Skills and qualifications :

Profile Sought:

- Experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably industrial/technical
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or power transmission (strong asset)
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Team spirit and reliability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (French/English) required depending on clientele
