- Base salary range for Project Manager – Business Operations Insights: $105,000 to $125,000 CAD annually, based on experience

Travel

Must be available to travel to the United States occasionally as part of the role.

Responsibilities

- Guide and manage Project Leads to prioritize improvement initiatives in sales, collections, operations, and finance to drive profitability.

- Extract, transform, and visualize data for internal stakeholders; design, build, and deploy dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs and metrics.

- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform strategic recommendations.

- Develop and maintain SQL and DAX code, including queries, stored procedures, and functions to support reporting needs.

- Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring data accuracy, conducting ad‑hoc analyses, and documenting business processes and workflows.

- Implement master data management strategies, enforce data governance policies, and maintain data quality and consistency across sources.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering collaboration and a high‑performing environment while handling other assigned duties.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent; minimum 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.

- Technical skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI (dashboard creation, user access management, workspace configuration, security/governance); strong SQL/DAX knowledge; PMP is an asset.

- Project management: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; knowledge of project controls and analysis, preferably in manufacturing services.

- Analytical & Communication skills: Strong problem‑solving ability, adaptability in dynamic environments, capacity to explain technical concepts to executives while collaborating across departments.

- Soft skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, ability to work independently; judgment and flexibility to manage change effectively.
