Location: Hamilton
Job Description:
As a Commercial Insurance Producer at Accelerated Insurance & Risk Management Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with commercial clients seeking insurance solutions. Leveraging your expertise in commercial insurance products and your proven track record in sales, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition to expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and develop tailored insurance proposals.
3. Present and articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services to potential clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to address their evolving insurance needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to effectively position our insurance offerings in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or related field.
2. Post Secondary Education in relevant field.
3. CRM, FCIP, CIP considered an asset.
4. RIBO Required.
5. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy terms.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
7. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
8. Proficiency in Epic, Power Broker and Microsoft Office suite.
