Position SummaryKelowna General Hospital is recruiting a relief full-time Respiratory Therapist to take on the Respiratory Patient Educator role within our Community Asthma Care program. This temporary opportunity continues until December 2026, or until the incumbent returns. Live, work and play where others only vacationQualfications• Graduation from a recognized program in Respiratory Therapy• Successful completion of the Health Professionals Testing Canada (HPTC) Credentialing Exam.• Eligible for membership with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT).• Two years’ recent experience in pulmonary rehabilitation, asthma education, respiratory home care, home ventilation, home oxygen, and sleep disordered breathing screening, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. • Current valid BC driver’s license.
