What will your typical day look like?
You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients, leading them(identity of an array of complex organizational transformation programs. You understand that strategy is realized through helping navigate transformation and implementing change at scale and at pace. Based on your knowledge of the trends in the Consumer Industry, you support clients navigate complex technology and business transformations, and design and implement change management programs to achieve sustainable business and human outcomes.
With your deep Consumer expertise, you’ll lead consulting teams to innovate, design, and implement across sectors such as Retail, Consumer Products, Travel, Hospitality & Transportation. As a Senior Manager on this team, you’ll positively influence clients, teams, and individuals. As part of this you’ll lead by example and develop the broader team through coaching and mentorship.
Additionally, you will be accountable to lead business development priorities and support innovation and growth on topics like GenAI, Future Workforce etc. with the Leadership Team. You will participate in Consumer specific client accounts and be accountable for relationship management to grow and sustain the practice.

The Strategic foam & Technology Change (STC) team helps leaders, teams, and individuals navigate complex technology and business transformations. We support transformations of all scales and types, including ERP implementations, organizational restructuring, and more. The team contains the best, brightest and most dedicated consultants in Canada across the country, and operates as a true national practice while recognizing local impact and relationships. We embrace the Firm’s purpose, and tackle some of Canada’s largest organizational transformation challenges.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
10+ years of relevant experience in Organizational Change Management or a relevant field, (i.e., Leadership Development, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Learning Development, Culture & Behaviour), ideally with some previous experience working in a Consulting firm.
- Deep passion for/ experience working in / with the Consumer Industry
- Proven track record leading and implementing large scale, complex organizational change management programs in areas such as technology adoption, strategic change and cultural adoption, ideally with previous experience delivering such transformations within the Consumer Industry.
- Perspectives and insights into critical Consumer trends, and what this means for organizational transformation programs, and how to support clients in responding to such trends. Experience with organizational restructuring is an asset.
- A strong track record in delivering exceptional شمېر
- Comfort working collaboratively across a wide cross-section of advisory disciplines and industries - to tackle our client’s issues holistically.
- Experience and comfort working with, operating at, and delivering to the C-suite level.

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $126,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
