Job Summary
MNC JOBS INFO is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our clients team under the LMIA sponsorship program. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, leading a team, and driving overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle returns or exchanges with professionalism.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Open and close the store, handling cash and reconciling registers.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff members.
- Maintain inventory control and order merchandise when necessary.
- Train and motivate staff to meet sales targets and service standards.
- Monitor sales activities and performance to optimize results.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle customer service challenges with diplomacy.
- Knowledge of retail sales principles, procedures, and practices.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Competence in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role.
- Previous international or multicultural work experience is an asset.
- Experience managing a team in a customer-facing retail environment is highly preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position (40 hours/week).
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
