Organizational Change Manager Resource

Role Summary:
The Organizational Change Manager Resource will support SaskEnergy's organizational change management efforts on assigned projects. This includes creating and delivering change management deliverables in alignment with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Assess project scope and magnitude of change
- Maintain project documentation
- Follow Prosci/ADKAR methodology
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions
- Develop change management deliverables
- Conduct readiness assessments
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
Formal training in Change Management with Prosci/ADKAR Certification is an asset for this role. Experience in delivering organizational change management content to support the delivery of Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects on an enterprise-wide scale is also desirable.
The preferred start date is as soon as possible. The initial term for this role will conclude March 31, 2023, after which SaskEnergy will evaluate its ongoing requirements and potentially extend the term.
The resource will be required to work and be located on-site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The proposed hourly rate shall be inclusive of all travel and living costs, excluding PST and GST.
