The Director will lead logistics functions and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation, timely deliveries, and secure handling of goods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external logistics providers, ensuring compliance with service standards and cost objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and optimization of logistics activities to reduce costs and improve overall service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, regulatory, and quality standards across transportation and logistics processes.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, implement process changes, and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably with perishable goods experience.
  • Proven leadership skills within transportation and logistics teams.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation regulations, and supply chain best practices.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Excel) and data analysis tools for tracking performance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
