𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 is where great golf meets great people. Our 18-hole, par-70 course has been part of the local
community since 1962 — known for its relaxed atmosphere, pristine greens, and being the kind of place where
everyone feels welcome.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
The 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 leads all dining and hospitality operations, creating a welcoming, well-run environment for every golfer and guest. This hands-on role includes managing food and beverage operations, menu planning, ordering, scheduling, and team leadership — all while ensuring consistently high-quality service.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Run food and beverage operations
• Manage ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Create and refine menus that delight members while controlling costs
• Schedule, train, and support kitchen and service staff
• Track food and labor costs, assist with budgeting and reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and AGCO regulations
• Deliver exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Support tournaments and special events
• Bring fresh ideas to improve offerings and enhance the guest experience
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality management, ideally in a golf, club, or resort setting – co-op and internships count
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with ordering systems, inventory management, and cost controls
• Knowledge of menu planning and food service operations
• Smart Serve certification (required); Food Handler certification (preferred)
• Positive, service-driven attitude and a genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
