Position Scope

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Control Panel Assembler to join our Plant Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for wiring electrical components into control panels used across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Perform wiring in panels with all kinds of electrical components, e.g., relays, busbars, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, CTs, PTs, meters, terminals, switches, etc.
- Perform tasks involving physical labor and operate hand and power tools
- Assemble wiring and electrical components, using hand and power tools as needed
- Conduct quality control of products
- Perform other operational duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Abilities

- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with power tools
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to read and understand engineering assembly drawings
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Knowledge of safe working procedures and practices
- Able to effectively communicate and problem-solve with supervisors and team members
- Good command of written and spoken English
