This flexible role (on-site, remote, or hybrid) is perfect for a motivated, “hungry” professional eager to launch their recruitment career, grow a new book of business, and develop expertise in expanding practice areas across Alberta.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build relationships with clients and candidates, manage the recruitment process, and contribute to business growth in underdeveloped or emerging practice areas. This role provides mentorship, hands‑on training, and the opportunity to develop a career in recruitment while driving measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates.

- Build and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business development.

- Generate new leads and opportunities in practice areas with growth potential.

- Collaborate with senior consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

- Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions.

- Meet and strive to exceed individual performance and revenue targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Some experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is preferred, but not required.

- Highly motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a target-oriented environment.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.

- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow a new book of business.
