About the Role

As a QA Specialist, you'll be at the heart of ensuring quality in our software products. You'll design and execute testing strategies, implement innovative tools (including AI-driven solutions), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline testing workflows, automate processes, and detect bugs efficiently.
- Develop, modify, and implement manual and automated testing procedures.
- Analyze bugs, perform root cause analysis, and assess their impact on functionality and user experience.
- Document and report testing results, including actionable recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance programs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Recommend improvements in usability, performance, and reliability based on testing results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.

What We're Looking For

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience
- Experience: 3+ years in quality assurance/testing roles with a strong grasp of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
- AI Skills: Familiarity with AI tools/platforms (e.g., OpenAI, ML models) to enhance testing processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, and others.
- Automation Skills: Ability to develop automated tests to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify root causes and optimize software functionality.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey technical information effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable, with a commitment to driving results together.
