Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain IVR/IVA call flows on cloud CCaaS platforms
- Develop and configure call routing, ACD, CTI, and queue management aligned with business workflows.
- Integrate CCaaS platforms with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, BI, and ticketing) using APIs and web services.
- Support configuration of agent scripts, transfers, and workflow automation for enhanced user experience.

Must Have Skills:

- Google CCaaS
- ACD, CTI, call routing, skill-based routing
- JavaScript, Python, Nodejs
- Enterprise Integration
- CCaaS API integration

Good to Have Skills:

- Bilingual (English & French) IVR integration
- Automation pipeline running experience
