Your next big opportunity starts here Job Description: Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain IVR/IVA call flows on cloud CCaaS platforms Develop and configure call routing, ACD, CTI, and queue management aligned with business workflows. Integrate CCaaS platforms with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, BI, and ticketing) using APIs and web services. Support configuration of agent scripts, transfers, and workflow automation for enhanced user experience.
