This full-time, steady 9–5 role is ideal for someone seeking reliable, consistent work and the chance to make a real impact behind the scenes Responsibilities - Greet and assist visitors and callers; direct inquiries appropriately - Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution - Draft, prepare, and manage responses to routine correspondence and requests - Maintain a tidy, professional office environment, including boardrooms and shared spaces - Refill and manage supplies for printers, copiers, and other office equipment; troubleshoot basic issues - Track and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies; place and distribute orders as needed - Prepare materials for training, meetings, and marketing efforts. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes for sales associates - Accurately enter listing contract data into the Real Estate Board system - Serve as the primary contact for basic building maintenance needs and meeting room bookings - Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, Managing Brokers, and Broker Owners - Assist with the creation and distribution of internal marketing materials Qualifications - Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work - Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities - Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you - A constant drive to improve the experience of clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?" - Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills Compensation $58,000+ yearly DOE Guided by a client-focused approach, we specialize in capturing and communicating the Okanagan Valley’s distinctive beauty, climate, and character - While highlighting the region’s strong ties to its communities, culture, and way of life. #J-18808-Ljbffr
