KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY)

- Manage incidents, alerts, and service requests

- Troubleshoot systems, networks, and cloud environments

- Perform monitoring, patching, and change tasks

- Handle SOC monitoring and incident response

- Lead teams, ensure SLAs, and manage escalations (for managers)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Hiring across:

- 0–2 years: Trainees, L1

- 2–6 years: L2 Engineers

- 6–12 years: Senior Engineers, Leads

- 12–20 years: Architects, Managers

Preferred: MSP/NOC/SOC backgrounds; certifications like Azure/CCNA/ITIL/Security+
