We are looking for driven individuals in Saskatoon and Moose Jaw.

As an Associate Administrator, you’ll begin your journey with structured training, hands-on job shadowing, and cross-functional exposure. By the end of the program, you’ll be expected to obtain your Level 1 Insurance License and transition into a permanent role within the business - aligned with both departmental needs and your individual strengths.

What You’ll Do:

- Participate in structured group-based learning and real-world training to build a strong foundation in insurance.
- Shadow experienced professionals across departments to gain a broad understanding of administrative functions.
- Learn to manage and assist clients with SGI Auto Fund transactions, including driver’s licenses, vehicle registration, permits, and insurance payments.
- Maintain accurate records of client and policy information using internal systems.
- Deliver prompt, personalized service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Support the Auto Insurance Team and assist with processing new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to support growth and retention goals.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Continuously build your knowledge of insurance products and client needs.
