You will serve as the technical authority for Windchill integrations, upgrades, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering workflows.How you will do it:Architecture & DesignDefine scalable Windchill architectures for modules like PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA, and ThingWorx Navigate.Lead solutioning for Windchill+ upgrades, SSO validation, and cloud migrations.Integration & DevelopmentArchitect and implement integrations with ERP systems using REST APIs and Info*Engine. Customize Windchill workflows, loaders, and utilities for ECN/FCN processes and BOM management.Agile Delivery & CI/CDDrive Agile initiatives, backlog refinement, and sprint planning with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to define epics, features, and acceptance criteria.Release & Change ManagementOversee release management, coding standards, and documentation for PLM environments.Lead change management efficiency projects, including automation and visualization gap closure.Stakeholder EngagementInterface with business analysts, offshore teams, and vendors to align technical solutions with business needs.Mentorship & EvaluationConduct technical interviews and provide feedback on Windchill developer candidates, assessing skills in customization, configuration, and ThingWorx.What we look for:RequiredPLM Platforms: Windchill PDMLink, Windchill+, ThingWorx NavigateCAD Tools: Creo Integration & APIs: REST, SOAP, Info*Engine, ESIDev Tools: Azure DevOps , ServiceNow, Git, JenkinsLanguages: Java, XML, SQLExperience: 10-12 years in PLM domain, with deep Windchill expertiseCertifications: PTC Windchill Professional Curriculum, Lean Yellow BeltEducation: Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent technical disciplinePreferredExperience with Agile frameworks, global product teams, and vendor collaborationHIRING SALARY RANGE: $109,000 - $146,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
