The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Experience - 4-5 years’ experience working with individuals in mental health and addictions required. - Experience in the intake process will be considered an asset. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) - Master’s degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited education institution required. Certification/Licensure/Registration - Active member in good standing of an applicable associated regulatory body. Qualifications and Skills - Demonstrated skill in assessment and triage, as well as the ability to provide service consultation to a variety of referral sources. - Current and comprehensive knowledge of regional health authorities’ (inclusive of Shared Health’s) Mental Health and Addictions program services, as well as community services and resources. - Ability to use ambulatory module of Altera Sunrise. - An understanding of, and sensitivity to, working with culturally diverse populations is essential.
