Key Responsibilities
• Assemble and test mechanical and electrical systems
• Collaborate on new product builds
• Provide feedback on assembly practices
• Assist with flight testing and product validation
• Maintain an organized work environment following 5S principles

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in electronics assembly
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices
• Proficient in English communication
• Experience with PCBA inspection preferred
