Key Responsibilities
• Administer benefit enrollments and plan changes
• Process weekly reports and communicate changes
• Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data entry in PeopleSoft
• Address employee inquiries about benefits and pension programs
• Participate in special projects as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of HR benefits administration experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service aptitude
• Proficiency in Excel highly valued
• Adept at handling sensitive information discreetly Utilize your expertise to foster a culture of care and support at SE Health.
