The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm’s Business Enablement Services and is focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience.  KPMG is looking for a Team Administrative Assistant / PTR Scanner who can provide support on a range of activities to ensure a high-quality product.  The contract will run from mid-February to early May. The successful candidate is required to work in the office.  What you will doFormat/draft documentsRoutine filing (T1 Database)Photocopying, Scanning, T1 assemblyPrepare courier labels and slips, follow-up on couriers andSchedule meetings including booking of meeting rooms, meals and AV requirementsScan files for digitization and store them electronicallyMonitor inventory of supplies and request refills or reorder if neededOther duties to support the teamReception duties may be requiredAt times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job.
