The Opportunity
Select Fluid Power is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC. As the Operations Coordinator, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of efficient service processes
As the Operations Coordinator, your
key responsibilities
will include:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide status updates to customers
- Manage shipping and receiving logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to meet deadlines
- Purchase shop supplies, materials, and services
- Update and maintain job database and distribute reports
- Maintain shop work orders and files
- Schedule shop maintenance and maintain vehicle maintenance schedule
- Schedule local parts pick up from vendors and pick up parts as required Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- At least one year of prior experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
