The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store in Halifax. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering a motivated team environment. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong leadership in guiding and motivating teams, an ability to build lasting customer relationships, and a passion for luxury retail.

Responsibilities

- - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- - Stay abreast of fashion trends, art and design to effectively merchandise products and drive sales.
- - Implement sales strategies and initiatives to maximize store profitability.
- - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Qualifications

- - Deep appreciation for teamwork and collaboration with a motivated sales team to achieve collective success.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - A passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- - Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- - Minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion management
