Strum Consulting is a 100-person consulting company with diverse projects throughout Atlantic Canada. Strum provides surveying, engineering and environmental services for a range of clients in the fields of Renewable Energy, Transportation, Contaminated Sites, and Commercial Developments.
Strum Consulting, is presently expanding our Environmental Sciences Division and has an opening in our Halifax office for an Intermediate Environmental Scientist to join our team.
The position of an Intermediate Environmental Scientist would assist our team in performing a wide range of duties associated with large
- and small-scale environmental assessment projects including environmental assessment and approvals, sampling programs, site monitoring, design/management of field programs, budgeting, client liaison, regulator liaison, team management, technical analysis, and reporting. Projects may include renewable energy projects (tidal, wind, solar), wetland or watercourse assessments, industrial site assessment and marine environmental assessments.
