Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a portfolio of clients focused on leadership, culture, and people development.
- Act as a strategic HR advisor—helping clients clarify their people priorities, assess needs, and design practical responses.
- Lead discovery and consultation conversations that uncover goals, challenges, and development opportunities.
- Provide guidance on areas such as engagement, performance, change, and leadership capability, aligned with best practice.
- Track outcomes, review key indicators, and refine your approach to achieve results-driven and sustainable impact.
- Leverage shared resources, leadership and personal development education, and peer insights to enhance your consulting practice.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Organisational Development, or a related advisory role.
- Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in a people-focused capacity.
- Strong relationship-building, consulting, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a remote-based role, using digital tools and structured processes to manage your workflow.
- Performance-based mindset: self-motivated, accountable, and confident managing your own schedule and outcomes.
