Responsibilities: Build and manage a portfolio of clients focused on leadership, culture, and people development. Act as a strategic HR advisor—helping clients clarify their people priorities, assess needs, and design practical responses. Provide guidance on areas such as engagement, performance, change, and leadership capability, aligned with best practice. Track outcomes, review key indicators, and refine your approach to achieve results-driven and sustainable impact. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Organisational Development, or a related advisory role. Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in a people-focused capacity. Comfortable working in a remote-based role , using digital tools and structured processes to manage your workflow.
