Responsibilities: Build and manage a portfolio of clients focused on leadership, culture, and people development. Act as a strategic HR advisor—helping clients clarify their people priorities, assess needs, and design practical responses. Lead discovery and consultation conversations that uncover goals, challenges, and development opportunities. Provide guidance on areas such as engagement, performance, change, and leadership capability, aligned with best practice. Track outcomes, review key indicators, and refine your approach to achieve results-driven and sustainable impact. Leverage shared resources, leadership and personal development education , and peer insights to enhance your consulting practice. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Organisational Development, or a related advisory role. Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in a people-focused capacity. Strong relationship-building, consulting, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in a remote-based role , using digital tools and structured processes to manage your workflow. Performance-based mindset: self-motivated, accountable, and confident managing your own schedule and outcomes.
