## AML Technical BSA (Business Systems Analyst) Canada/usaToronto Canada · Full-time · Intermediate#### About The PositionAML Technical BSA (Business Systems Analyst)We are seeking a skilled and experienced AML Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the delivery of AML data and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML project execution, data management, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on supporting technical and business teams through effective documentation, coordination, and data analysis.Key Responsibilities:* Lead and support AML-related projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.* Perform detailed data mapping, data lineage analysis, and data management across all AML processes.* Document business and technical requirements for AML data and detection systems.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of AML solutions.* Coordinate tasks and manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders and project timelines.* Provide insights and recommendations to improve AML data quality and operational efficiency.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience in AML projects, preferably within financial institutions.* Strong understanding of AML processes, data flows, and regulatory requirements.* Experience in documenting business and technical requirements.* Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesMatrix Global Services is a leading multinational corporation that provides innovative and comprehensive solutions in technology, consulting, and outsourcing.
